A big thank you to all the readers who spotted that 'Epoise' in the last issue should have been 'Epoisses' (well, one reader got in touch anyhow ...well actually the owner of the Cambridge Cheese Company when I went in there this morning). It's my own fault for checking the spelling using a search engine and relying on the internet as a source of  reference. Not that the internet is always to be condemned of course!
