This was our final cellar visit on the Burgundy trip. It was a bit early in the morning and Vincent had other people visiting too. His cellars are very cool, which is excellent in many ways but hard for tasting.

But it's clear that good wine, both red and white, is being made here in a style which emphasises purity. It's well worth a look if one is after some cheaper Burgundy - I think I need to sit down and drink a few glasses before I say much more.
