Vin de Pays du Mont Caume blanc 2011 (Domaine Ray-Jane) Almost Bandol blanc, but some doubt about grape varieties stops that. Fresh, attractive fruit, good depth, completely enjoyable. Perfect for Summer, if we ever have one. Bare even.
Bandol 2001 (Domaine Ray-Jane) Very traditionally styled: quite seriously tannic still. Great density and good length. Bags of character and completely authentic. I'd be interested to try more from this estate.
Bandol Rose 2011 (Domaine Ray-Jane) Yellowy gold rather than pink and correspondingly the fruit has none of the Summer strawberry character one might expect. More like a meaty white wine than anything. Interesting, but I'm not that keen on it. perhaps.
